PORTRAIT

I have drawn more faces than I have painted. For the moment I am more inspired by plant life, but perhaps I will be spurred to paint portraits again as opposed to using the more ephemeral medium of sketching. Depicting the tones of all skin colours, capturing expressions and gazes are the things that attract me to these projects.
